I have experience with a few different CMMS' linked to GIS. At San Marcos, we went through a few implementations including GBA asset management/work order system. After GBA, the city moved to CRW for work orders/asset management. I was involved in the vendor selection and all facets of the GIS implementation, i.e. database design, SQL integration, etc. At San Marcos, I was involved in the integration with Accela's permitting system and Laserfiche's document management, both of which were tied to the city's enterprise GIS.
Most recently, I've been involved in the Tyler/EnerGov implementation at the City of Alamogordo, NM. I've set up the integration between the city's ArcGIS Online data and Tyler's EAM and ERP. I've also written several Python scripts to automatically sync the two systems.
